Why can't I login to my account?

Why can't I sign up on VCCWave?

If you are experiencing difficulties signing up, please check two things. First, ensure that you have entered a password with the correct format, including at least one capital letter, one symbol, one number, and a minimum length of 8 characters. Second, make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser and that there are no browser extensions (such as Adblock or Avast) blocking your signup process.

How can I reveal my Card CVV?

To reveal your virtual card CVV and use your card online, you must complete a captcha to prove that you are a human. The captcha consists of specific tasks that only humans can complete.

How can I earn balance to use with my VCCs?

Simply click on "Earn Balance" and complete certain tasks to earn balance that you can use with your VCCs.

I completed tasks but earned nothing. Why?

In order to earn balance, it is important to complete tasks until the end. If you started a task but didn't finish it, it will not count towards earning balance. Additionally, if you used any type of VPS or proxy to change your IP or location to have more tasks, the balance will not be added.

I invited my friend using my referral link but earned nothing. Why?

If you have invited someone using your referral link, they must sign up and use their card at least once for you to earn $5. No deposit is required, but card utilization is necessary for you to receive the referral reward.

I earned balance. Can I withdraw it?

If you have earned balance through our referral system or task system and you don't want to use it on a virtual card, you can request a withdrawal through the "Contact Us" page. However, please note that you must have a minimum of $50 and a valid PayPal account to initiate a withdrawal.

I verified my PayPal using VCCWave Credit card, but I didn't receive the code. What should I do?

If you have used our VCCs to verify your PayPal account, you will receive the code on the OTP page. If the code is a 4-digit transaction, you can find it in the activities section of your dashboard.

I used my VCC to start a free trial. How can I prevent them from charging me?

To prevent charges, you can simply change the card or block it. Changing the card is free and unlimited as long as you have at least one dollar in your account balance.

How can I reactivate an old VCC that I have changed?

If you want to reactivate an old VCC that you have previously changed, please contact us and provide the last 4 digits of that card. We will assist you in reactivating it.

I'm experiencing an issue with loading VCCWave website. What should I do?

If you're having trouble loading the VCCWave website, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue. First, ensure that you have a stable internet connection. You can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or accessing the website using a different browser. If the problem persists, it may be temporary server maintenance or a technical issue on our end. In such cases, please wait for some time and try again later.

I made a transaction with my VCC, but it failed. What could be the reason?

If a transaction made with your VCC (Virtual Credit Card) fails, there can be several reasons behind it. First, make sure that you have sufficient balance on your VCC to cover the transaction amount. Also, check if the merchant or service you're trying to transact with accepts virtual cards. Some platforms may have restrictions or security measures in place that prevent the use of virtual cards. If the issue persists, it's recommended to reach out to our support team with specific details about the failed transaction for further assistance.
